摘要
针对2#闪速炉排风机运行中出现的驱动端异常振动,经过多次监测检查和分析诊断,是驱动端轴承座支座地脚螺栓松动所造成的主要原因,采取了消除异常振动的有效措施,达到了预期的效果。
For abnormal vibration at drive side occurred during operation of exhaust fan in 2# flash furnace, we have conducted several monitoring, analysis and diagnosis, and found that it was mainly caused by slop of anchor bolt on support of bearing pedestal at drive side. Therefore, we have taken effective measures to eliminate the abnormal vibration and achieved expected effect.
