喜树嫩叶中喜树碱的HPLC提取方法的选择 被引量:1

摘要 建立一种从喜树嫩叶中喜树碱的高相液相测定提取方法.采用Waters Symmetry C18(150×3.9 mm,5μm)高效液相色谱.乙腈∶水=35∶65(V/V)为流动相,1.0 mL/min的流速,检测波长254 nm,柱温:25℃,进样量10μl.以不同浓度的甲醇提取法与不同浓度的碱法作对比,结论:以80%甲醇为溶剂于50℃下超声提取1 h为最佳提取法. A method to extract the CPT from the tender leaves of Camptotheca acuminate Decne through HPLC. Using waters symmetry C18 ( 150min×3.9mm,5μm) HPLC. Acetonitrile : water = 35:65 (V/V) as the mobile phase, 1.0mL/min flow rate, detection wavelength 254nm, column temperature :25 ℃, sampling quantity 10μl. With different degrees of methanol extraction with different concentrations of alkali method comparison. Conclusion:the best method is to choose methanol as the solvent at 80% to 50 degrees for 1 hours under ultrasonic extraction.
