摘要
对不同等级魔芋种芋贮藏期失水率相关性及出苗率进行研究,结果表明:10 g以下、25 g左右、75 g左右、150 g左右的种芋贮藏期失水率分别为:38.40%、35.12%、24.72%、21.99%,失水相关性方程分别为:y=-0.759x+31094(R2=0.9783),y=-0.7717x+31630(R2=0.979),y=-0.5516x+22724(R2=0.9761),y=-0.3809x+15732(R2=0.984),出苗率分别为:87.43%、93.33%、100.00%、100.00%.同时发现,平均质量3.33 g处理的小种子贮藏期内易失水过多而干枯死,枯死率5.77%.
In this paper, we study different grade konjac kind of storage period of relevance and water loss substance. The results show that the following 10 g,about 25,75 g and 150 g kind of taro storage period fluid loss rate respectively are 38.40% , 35.12% , 24.72% , 21.99% , respectively, and water loss correlation equations are y = -0. 759x + 31094 ( RE = 0.9783 ), y = -0. 7717x + 31630 ( RE = 0. 979 ), y = - 0. 5516x+22724 ( R^2 =0. 9761 ) ,y= -0. 3809x+15732( RE =0. 984) respectively,and rate emergence are 87.43% ,93.33% , 100.00%, 100.00% ,respectively. Also we found that, on average, 3.33 g processing quality, small seed storage period to do too much water loss die,die for rate is 5.77%.
