According to the pointview of conformal mapping, the simplest and most important holomorphic function is univalent holomorphic function （ calso known as univalent functions）. The univalent function is one of the important contents of geometric function theory. This paper discusses several methods of differentiating univalence of function by applying the principce of subordinction, subordination chain and differential equction.
