摘要
针对目前国内萃取磷酸生产所产生的含氟尾气处理大多采用湿法工艺二水物流程存在的问题,以及环保要求的日趋严格,介绍了采用尾气干法处理的工艺流程、主要设备及操作控制参数,并阐述了该工艺的优缺点,认为这是一项具有良好发展前景的环保技术。
For problems existing in the wet process dihydrate flow mostly used in treatment of fluorine-containing tailgas generated in extraction phosphoric acid plants in China,as well as the increasingly stringent environmental regulations,the process flow,key equipment and operating and control parameters for the dry process tailgas treatment are outlined,and the advantages and disadvantages of the process are elaborated.It is concluded that this environmental protection technology offers excellent future.
