摘要
介绍1992年12月26日投产的230 kt/a硫铁矿制酸2006年7月12日改造成为300 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的技术,并介绍其后又进行HRS的并入、蒸汽透平机的并入、低温过热器/省煤器的更新、第一吸收塔的更新、第二吸收塔的改造。技术改造实现了硫酸装置稳定工艺和生产负荷、提高装置长周期运行率和尾气达标排放率的目标,同时创造了很好的经济效益。
The technology is outlined that the 230 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant operated on December 26,1992 was changed to the 300 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant completed on July 12,2006.It details subsequent the introduction of the HRS,the introduction of the steam turbine,the upgrade of the low temperature superheater/economizer,upgrade of the 1st absorption column,and the revamp of the 2nd absorption column.The technical revamp has realized the goal of stabilized process and production load of the sulphuric acid plant,long operation rate of the plant,and tailgas emission according to the standard,and has also brought excellent economic benefit.
