摘要
用GLW型水轮机代替逆流填料冷却塔风机用的电动机,不仅可实现冷却塔风机零电耗,还减少了二氧化碳排放。介绍了GLW型水轮机的工作原理与特点,阐述了驱动水能风机所需能量的来源,并通过计算分析了该技改项目的可行性。实践证明,此技术改造节能减排增效效果显著,认为值得推广应用。
The use of GLW type hydraulic turbine in lieu of the motor used for the fan of countercurrent packed cooling tower can not only realize zero power consumption by the fan of the cooling tower,but also reduce the CO2 emission.The working principle and feature of the GLW type hydraulic turbine are outlined,and the source of energy required to drive the hydraulic fan is described,and analysis of the feasibility of the technical revamp is also provided.Practice indicates that,this technical revamp offers significant energy saving and emission reduction.It is considered to be worthwhile for promotion and application.
