Improvement Measures for Existing Problems with Rotary Dryer for Compound Fertilizer Application

针对某公司磷复肥装置的回转干燥机在运行过程中出现的成品含水率偏高,出料粒度不合格,甚至出现物料黏结在筒壁和抄板上等问题,介绍了解决这些问题所采取的相应措施,如提高物料在干燥机内的停留时间,改进筒内抄板的结构,筒体密封改用径向密封等,效果良好。

For problems occurred during the operation of the rotary dryer in the phosphate compound fertilizer plant of a company,such as high water content in the product,off-spec product particle size,and even sticking of material on the cylinder wall and catch plate,corresponding measures taken to solve these problems are outlined,such as increasing the residence time of material in the dryer,improvement of construction of catch plate in the cylinder,change of cylinder sealing to vertical sealing,which have achieved excellent results.
