摘要
介绍了古代考课官吏的"德"标准,归纳了5种具体考核方法,分析了古代官德考核对当代领导干部考核的启示和现实意义。
In this paper, the authors introduced the moral standard of officials assessing in ancient times, and summarized 5 kinds of specific assessment methods. Finally, the authors analyzed the contemporary revelations and practical significance of officials assessing in ancient times.
