摘要
通过分析比较二辊锥形穿孔和三辊穿孔的金属变形特点、管坯中心区域应力、尾三角效应等,论述了两种穿孔形式各自劣势和优势及对产品质量、设备能量消耗、工具消耗的影响,从而为设备选型提出一些帮助和思路。
Through analyzing features of metal distort, stress of pipe billet central area and rear triangle effect, the author ex- pounded advantages and disadvantages of 2 kinds of piercing to affect production quality, equipment energy consumption and tools consumption, which provide help and thoughts for choosing equipment.
