摘要
IT综合运维管理体系,需要建立IT规范的处理流程,科学自动地完成人力资源分配,确保每个问题及时解决。从事故管理、问题管理、变更管理、发布管理、配置管理5个方面,简要介绍了ITIL服务管理流程,并详细论述了事故管理、问题管理、配置管理、变更管理4个流程及其中的角色职责定义。
IT comprehensive operation and maintenance management system needs to build IT normative process procedure, scientifically and automatically complete human resource allocation and make sure to solve each problem. In this paper, from aspects of incident management, problems management, change management, release management and deployment manage- ment, the author briefly introduced flow of ITIL service management, and expounded incident management, problems manage- ment, change management, deployment management and definition of roles and responsibility.
