View on Law Education of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

加强高职院校学生的法制教育,是依法治国基本方略的要求,是培养高素质职业技术人才的法制观念和心理健康的内在需要,并且是素质教育的重要组成部分。在新形势下,高职院校法制教育具有重要意义,而现实高职院校法制教育存在着一定的误区。要加强高职院校学生法制教育应采用新方法,构建新体系,增强师资力量,加强网络法制教育。

It is the basic strategy＇s requirement of managing state affairs according to law to strengthen law education of students in higher vocational colleges. It is the inherent requirement to cultivate law concept and psychological health of high-quality vocational technical talents, as well as the important composing part of quality education. Under the new situation, it has important meaning on law education in higher vocational colleges. However, at present there exist certain misunderstandings on law education in higher vocational colleges. In order to strengthen students＇ law education in higher vocational colleges, it should adopt new methods, establish new system, enhance the force of teaching staff, and strengthen network law education.
