高职院校校企合作人才培养模式的研究与探索

On the Training Pattern of Talents Through Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises

校企合作是我国高职院校教育改革的重要方向,是职业教育持续高效发展的重要途径。本文分析了企业在产业结构升级和经济发展方式的重要转变过程中对高端技能型人才的需求,指出了校企合作的必要性急迫性。对校企合作的现状和存在问题进行了剖析。并结合自身的实践,提出了校企合作的方法。

Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises is an important tendency in education reform of higher colleges and the important way to get sustainable development of vocational education. Because of the lack of best skilled talents in the period of upgrade of the industrial structure and important change of the economic development pattern, this article points out the necessity and urgency of training the skilled talents through the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. The existing problems in Cooperation between colleges and enterprises are discussed. Based on the practice, this paper has proposed some methods about how to train the best skilled talents through the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
