摘要
目的探讨采用健康教育路径对使用干扰素治疗的慢性肝炎患者实施健康教育的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2010年12月在天津市传染病医院住院采用干扰素治疗的慢性肝炎患者共152例为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组(n=78)和观察组(n=74)。对照组患者由责任护士依据自己掌握的知识进行健康教育,观察组患者由责任护士运用健康教育路径实施健康教育。比较出院时两组患者的干扰素治疗知识掌握情况、患者的满意度及用药依从性等。结果观察组患者对干扰素治疗相关知识的知晓率、对护理服务的满意度以及用药依从性均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用健康教育路径,可保障健康教育的质量,提高患者的满意度及对治疗的依从性。
Objective To investigete the effects of health education path in the interferion therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods Using convenience samping, 152 patients with chronic hepatitis who were treated with interferon in December 2010 were enrolled in the study. According to the admission sequence, they were divided into control group(n=78) and experimental group(n= 74). The patients in the control group were treated with health education based on the charge nurses'own knowledge,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with health education via health education path. Comparisons were conducted on the interferon knowledge,patients' satisfaction and medication adherence between the two goups at discharge. Results The awareness rate of interferon knowledge,patients' satisfaction on nursing service and medication adherence in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion Health education path can protect the quality of health education and improve patients' adherence to treatment.
