血液净化专科护士工作现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Current Situation of Blood Purification Nurse Specialists

目的了解血液净化专科护士工作现状,以期为完善血液净化专科护士培养方法,加强其临床管理提供依据。方法通过自制调查表对2008-2010年间参加江苏省血液净化专科护士培训基地培训并取得血液净化专科护士毕业证书的22名血液净化专科护士进行调查,其内容主要包括专科护士的个人基本情况、所在医院情况、工作内容、教学科研开展情况、受支持度等。结果 55.56%的血液净化专科护士在工作中承担较全面的血液净化治疗项目。工作时间分配比例:临床护理为69.91%,教学科研为20.95%,护理管理为9.14%。90.90%的血液净化专科护士在工作中受到较好的支持。结论血液净化专科护士的临床工作范围、工作方法还尚未建立起统一、规范、科学的内涵,应提高合作科室的医生和患者的重视和支持。

Objective To investigate the current situation of blood purification nurse specialists so as to provide a basis for improving the training method for blood purification nurse specialists and to strengthen its clinical use and management. Methods From 2008 to 2010,22 qualified nurses who received training in the base of blood purification nurse specialists were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire about the general personal information, hospital information, analysis on work content, information on teaching and scientific research and support level. Results About 55.56 % of the nurses took a more comprehensive blood purification programs. The comparison of specialist nurse percentage distribution of working time that the clinical care was 69. 91%, teaching and research was 20. 95% and nursing management was 9.14%. Totally 90. 90% of blood purification specialist nurses had been well supported in the work. Conclusion Blood purification nurse specialist work areas,work methods has not yet established a unified, standardized and scientific content,and we should improve cooperation among departments, and the atten- tion and support between doctors and patients.
