三元配合物显色体系测定铝

摘要 本文主要研究了Al(III)-CAS—OP三元配合物显色体系。在pH=5.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,该配合物的λmax=560nm,εmax=4.8×104L.mol-1.cm-1。Al(III)量在0~3.2mg/L范围内线性关系良好,符合比尔定律,其线性回归方程为A=47833C-0.0103;相关系数r=0.9990。摩尔比法测定了该配合物配位比为1:2:4。以抗坏血酸作掩蔽剜,利用该体系测定粉条中的铝含量,回收率为91%~101%。 The chromogenic system of Al(III)-CAS-OP ternary complex was investigated. In the medium of HAc-NaAc, maximum absorb wave-length of the complex was 560 nm and εmax was 4.8×104L.mol.cm-1. Beer's law was obeyed for Al(III) in the range of 0-3.2 mg/L. The linear equation was A=47833C-0.0103, and the correlation coefficient was 0.990. The composition ratio of the ternary complexes was 1:2:4 by using the method of molar ratio. The Al(III) content in vermicelli was meatrued by using the system with ascorbic acid as masking agent. The recovery was 91%-106%.
