高取代醋酸酯淀粉膜的制备及其耐水性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用溶液浇铸法制备了醋酸酯淀粉膜。利用扫描电镜手段考察了醋酸酯淀粉取代度、铸膜液溶剂及铸膜液浓度等因素对醋酸酯淀粉膜制备的影响并研究了该膜的耐水性能。结果表明,醋酸酯淀粉取代度越大,铸膜液溶剂挥发速度越低,铸膜液浓度8~20wt%,能制备出较好致静陛的醋酸酯淀粉膜。在水中24h后膜失重率约为13%,高取代醋酸酯淀粉膜具有较好耐水性能。 The membranes of starch acetate were prepared with the casting method in this paper.The influences of the factors including DS, the solvent and concentration of casting solution on preparation of the membranes of starch acetate were investigated by SEM. Moreover the water-resistance of the membrane was determined. Results showed that morecompact membrane was obtained with higher DS starch acetate, the solvent of casting solution with lower volatility and 8-20% concentration. Weight loss was measured to investigate the water-resistance of starch acetate. Results showed that weight loss was 13% in water after 24 hours. This suggested that better water stability can be achieved through higher DS.
