灭活的双歧杆菌对小鼠肠液中分泌型IgA水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为观察灭活的双歧杆菌对小鼠肠液中SIgA水平的影响,将小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制动物模型,分别以新鲜BS肉汤培养基、耗尽培养上清(SCS)以及死、活双歧杆菌菌液进行灌胃。采用双抗体夹心法合并间接法检测肠液中SIgA的含量。结果显示灭活的双歧杆菌与双歧杆菌活菌均可提高免疫抑制小鼠肠液中SIgA的含量,二者的作用效果差异无显著性(P>0.05),SCS也具有一定的免疫促进作用,但与双歧杆菌活菌相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。灭活的双歧杆菌具有与双歧杆菌活菌相同或相近的免疫学活性,两者均可提高小鼠肠液中SIgA水平。 To explore the effect of heat-killed bifidobacteria on the production of SIgA in intestinal juice of mice. Got immunosuppressing mice by intraperitoneally in jecting CTX. Five groups of mice were administrated orally with fresh BS culture medium, SCS, heat-killed bifidobacteria and live bifidobacteria. Evaluated the production SIgA of by double antibody sandwich methods and indirect of ELISA assay. Both heat-killed bifidobacteria and live bif ido bacteria could increase the production of SIgA, but there was no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05). SCS could improve the immunity of immunosupprossing mice in some degree, but it was a little weaker (P〈0.05). Heat-killed bifidobacteria and live bifidobacteria had the same or similar biological activity and both could improve the production of SIgA in intestinal juice of mice.
