档案信息化是新世纪我国档案工作重大战略决策,对社会信息化和档案事业现代化发展具有重大意义。为探索档案信息化建设的有效途径,在分析当前我国档案信息化建设奋斗目标的基础上,从我国目前档案信息化建设的实际情况出发,提出了档案信息化是档案事业适应时代和社会发展的必由之路;是开发档案资源的科学手段和提高档案服务水平的必然选择。同时在加快档案信息化建设的对策方面,进行了有益的探讨。

File informationization is a great strategic policy of our country＇s archive work in the new era, which is of great significance to the social informationization and archival modernization development. Based on the analysis of goals of the file informationization construction, this paper explores the effective ways to achieve them, proceeds from the real conditions, and then proposes that file informationization is not only the only route for archive work to adapt to the times and social development, but also a scientific means to explore the archival material and an inevitable choice to improve archival service. Meanwhile, this article carries out the beneficial discussion as to the solutions to speed up the informationization construction of files.
