摘要
通过对Cymbal换能器压电陶瓷片受力分析,给出了其压电方程的边界受力约束条件,建立了Cymbal型压电换能器等效压电常数de33函数模型。模型计算结果与试验结果吻合。并利用该模型,分析了Cymbal换能器几个关键参数对等效压电常数de33的影响规律。
Based on analyzing the stress of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet of Cymbal transducer, the piezoelectric equations with boundary stress conditions are given, and the model of the equivalent piezoelectric constant do33 func- tion of Cymbal transducer is established. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The effects of several key factors of Cymbal transducer on the equivalent piezoelectric constant de33 has been analyzed with the model.
