100例老年异常心电图分析

The analysis of 100 elderly patients with abnormal electrocardiograph

目的:探讨老年异常心电图的临床表现,为临床工作中检测老年心电图提供依据。方法:对2009年9月—2011年6月期间门诊和住院有异常心电图的100例老年患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:老年人心电图异常发生率30.3%,其中,ST段改变、房性早搏、右束支传导阻滞是主要表现形式。结论:心电图检查是早期发现心脏疾病的有效手段。

Objective：To explore the clinical manifestation of elderly electrocardiogram for clinical work, provide the basis for elderly electrocardiogram detection. Methods ..To analyze the 100 cases of abnormal elderly electrocardiogram in our hospital form September 2009 to June 2011. Results ：In the group of elderly abnormal rate of electro- cardiogram is 30. 3%, wherein, the changes of ST segment, right bundle branch block, atrial premature beat,is the main form of expression. Conclusion：Electrocardiogram examination ,is the effective means of early detection of cardiac disease.
