床旁巡视卡在急诊留观患者护理中的应用

The application of bedside visits cards in nursing care of emergency patients

目的:为了提高急诊留观患者的护理质量,落实分级护理制度,减少护患纠纷,消除护理工作的安全隐患。方法:从2010年12月起对留观患者使用床旁巡视卡。结果:应用床旁巡视卡,规范护理行为,提高护理质量,减少护患纠纷,护理工作变被动为主动。结论:在急诊留观患者护理中应用床旁巡视卡,可以落实分级护理制度,减少护患纠纷,提高护理质量,值得推广。

Objective：To improve the nursing quality of emergency patients,implement the system of grading nursing ,reduce nurse-patient disputes, eliminate safe hidden danger of nursing work. Methods：All patients in emergency observation room using a bedside visits cards from December 2010 to November 2011. Results ：The application of bedside visits card, nursing work to change from passive to active ,standardize nursing behavior ,improve the quality of care,reduce nurse-patient disputes. Conclusion ：The application of bedside visits cards n the emergency patient can implement the system of grading nursing ,reduce nurse-patient disputes ,improve the quality of nursing ,is worth popularizing.
