二氧化钛/活性炭复合材料的制备及光催化降解性能 被引量:6

Preparation and photocatalytic degradation activity of TiO_2/activated carbon composites

摘要 研究对比三种锐钛矿二氧化钛溶胶的常温制备方法,选用溶胶凝胶法以四氯化钛和氨水为原料制得二氧化钛溶胶,浸渍处理表面经过氧化处理的活性炭。利用X射线衍射表征合成二氧化钛的晶相,扫描电镜观测了活性炭负载二氧化钛前后表面形貌变化,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)进行了结构表征,进行了对甲基橙的光催化降解实验。研究结果表明,氧化处理后活性炭表面形貌和光学活性发生了显著变化,氧化处理后活性炭表面负载二氧化钛膜变得较完整。复合材料与无负载、简单氧化处理的活性炭相比,显示了更高的对甲基橙的光降解能力。 Three low-temperature preparation methods of anatase titanium dioxide sol were studied, in which the titanium tetrachloride and ammonia were used as raw materials. The prepared titanium dioxide sol was used to dip oxidation of treated activated carbon by impregnation method. The titanium dioxide was characterized by XRD and FT-IR, and the morphologies of activated carbon before and after treatment of TiO2 were measured by SEM. The degradation experiments of methyl orange were also tested. The results show that the surface morphol- ogy and optical activity of the activated carbon when treated with titanium dioxide are improved. The titanium dioxide films on the oxidated activated carbon become much better. The composites of activated carbon and TiO2 show much higher decomposing ability for methylene oragane compared with activated carbon with simple oxidation process only.
