摘要
为了研究森林砍伐对马边大熊猫主食竹大叶筇竹生长的影响.2010年9、10月和2011年6月对马边大风顶保护区内森林砍伐区和非砍伐区使用样方法进行调查,样方设置方法为:沿样线每前进50m设置一个1m×1m的竹子样方,对样方内所有竹子的基径和高度进行测量,共设置110个竹子样方,其中砍伐区内50个,非砍伐区60个.使用Spss 16.0对数据进行分析.相对于非砍伐区,砍伐区内郁闭度下降明显;大叶筇竹的基径显著上升,差异性极显著(p<0.001);高度略微增加,但差异性不明显(p>0.05);竹子密度增加,差异性显著(p<0.05).结果表明:采笋行为和森林砍伐在一定程度上已经影响到马边大熊猫主食竹大叶筇竹的生长,为了更有效地保护马边大熊猫以及更合理地利用保护区资源,势必需要采取有效措施,继续保护好保护区内的原始森林.
To understand the effects of deforestation on the growth of Qiongzhuea macrophylla, we investigated the areas of deforestation and non-cutting in Mabian between September 2010 and June 2011. The method of quadrats was: set up a 1m×1m quadrats each about 50m, and measure the basal diameter and height of all the bamboo in the quadrat. We set 110 quadrat altogether,50 in the erea of deforestation and 60 in non-cutting erea. and uses the program of Spss 16.0 to analysis data. After deforestation, the base diameter of Qiongzhuea macrophylla increased significantly(p 〈 0. 001 ); the height slightly increased (p 〉 0.05);the density of bamboo was increased (p 〈 0.05). The results showed that there was a great affection considering the growth and structure of Qiongzhuea macrophylla. In order to protect giant panda of Mabian effectively and use natural resources rationally, it is urgently needed to take some measurements to protect old-growth forest.
