摘要
以三乙醇胺和二氯亚砜为起始物,经中间产物1合成了含三个咪唑功能基的仿生配体2;化合物2的结构经IR和1HNMR谱得到证实.催化活性研究表明:pH=7.0时,配体2的Zn(II)配合物催化PNPP水解的表观速率常数是PNPP自身水解的480倍,其水解能够很好地遵从一级反应的动力学行为.
Biomimetic ligand 2, containing three imidazole groups, has been synthesized via compound 1 with triethanolamine and thionyl chloride as the starting materials. The structures of ligang 2 were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR spectra. Ligand 2 -Zn( II ) complex was applied to catalyze the hydrolysis of bis (4 -nitrophenyl) phosphate (PNPP). The results of the experiment showed that the hydrolysis of PNPP was obviously accelerated, and the apparent rate constant was 480 times faster than that of natural hydrolysis of PNPP. Its hydrolysis complied well with kinetic behavior of first order reaction.
