分析我国共性技术研究的现状可发现,决定长期科技创新成功与否的核心是在行业共性技术中的成果转化研究阶段,这是建立国家和企业核心竞争力的关键,也是我国与西方技术的差距所在。转制院所不仅要关注短平快的科技创新,更要重视长期科技创新的成果转化工作。

Analysis of the current situation of the study common technology in our country, we would discover that the research phase of production transformation of industrial common technology is the core ,which decid- ing the success or not to the technology innovation in the long term. This is the key to establish the core com- petition power for nation and enterprises, and it also is the technology gap between China and the West. Re- structured institutions need to attend to the current technology innovation, at the same time, attach importance to the production transformation of the technology innovation in the long term, it is the most important work.
