摘要
宁波市数字图书馆是一个面向社会、注重宣传推广的区域性数字图书馆联盟,它的定位为社会公益性服务机构。区域性数字图书馆联盟存在着经费、组织管理、资源建设和评价机制等问题,对应在发展策略也应该注重争取经费支持、加强和改进组织管理等。
Ningbo Digital Library, a non -profitable social service organization, is currently the first regional digital library consortium that is for the society at large and stresses publicity. Yet it has encountered such problems as fund, organization and management, resource construction and evaluation mechanism, etc.. The paper proposes countermeasures including soliciting financial support and strengthening and improving management, etc..
