鲑鱼降钙素治疗血液透析患者肾性骨病的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察鲑鱼降钙素对血液透析导致肾性骨病的治疗效果。方法:选择血液透析导致肾性骨病伴高甲状旁腺素(PTH)及高钙血症患者18例,使用鲑鱼降钙素注射液501U,1次/d,持续2周后改为3次/N,于透析后肌肉注射,3个月后观察治疗前后肾性骨病症状及血磷、血钙、PTH改变。结果:治疗后肾性骨病相关症状明显好转,18例中13例骨痛及关节疼痛消失,15例皮肤瘙痒中10例消失。血磷、血钙、血PTH明显下降。结论:鲑鱼降钙素治疗血液透析导致肾性骨病疗效明显。
