摘要
国民健康作为重大的民生问题受到各国的普遍关注,面对慢性病和人口老龄化的巨大挑战,各国、各地区健康管理实施的模式和内容不尽相同。文章对国内外健康管理战略和实施策略进行研究分析,并对建立中国特色医改新模式提出政策建议。
Nationals health is concerned as a major livelihood issues in every country. With the serious challenges of increasing chronic diseases and aging population, governments implemented different health managements depending on its national characteristics. This paper analyzed health management and implementation strategies both here and abroad, and give recommendations on the establishment of health reform with Chinese characteristics.
