摘要
尿外渗是尿道下裂术后严重的并发症,精心科学的护理配合是及时发现,正确治疗及获得满意预后的重要保证。文章对2例尿道下裂术后严重尿外渗患儿的临床护理资料进行了分析总结。
2 cases of hypospadias with severe postoperative urinary extravasation were selected, and the clinical nursing data were analyzed and summarized. To gain experience of nursing children with urinary extravasation after hypospadias operation. Urinary extravasation is a severe postoperative complication of hypospadias. Correct nursing guarantees the success of therapy.
