本文是中国区域卫生状况分类研究系列文章之一,从我国卫生行政管理角度出发,探讨了以我国现有可收集到的大量社会、卫生资源和居民健康状况等资料为基础,设计中国区域卫生状况分类与综合评价指标体系。本体系由社会大环境状况(经济、人口、文化)、卫生资源投入(资源投入水平、服务范围、资源分配结构)和居民健康状况(死亡状况、传染病发病状况)五部分构成,共77个指标。

This is the first paper of the series of classification of reginal health status in China. From the point of health administration, using existing statistical data, indicator system about health status evaluation and classification is discussed.The indicator system is divided in three parts: sociaeconomic,health resources and health statistics and composed of 77 indicators.
