蓖麻油酯基水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的研究 被引量:7

摘要 实验中以聚己二酸改性蓖麻油二元醇,及异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯(MDI)四种异氰酸酯以及二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为基本原料,用自乳化法合成了蓖麻酯基水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了异氰酸酯种类及预聚体R值对乳液性能的影响。并通过热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)等测定了聚氨酯膜的耐热性能以及结晶性能等。结果表明在R=3~3.5之间,反应时间为2 h时IPDI与HMDI合成的乳液具有较高的稳定性,蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯相比普通聚酯基水性聚氨酯而言,具有较好的机械性能,良好的热稳定性和低结晶性等,可作为一种新型皮革涂饰剂使用。 Using the emulsion method the waterborne castor ester based polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by polycastor oil adipate polyol,and Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI),2,4-Diisocyanatotoluene(TDI),4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and dimethylbenzanthracene(DMBA).The influences of types of isocyanate and the R value on the emulsion performance were also discussed.TG and XRD were used to characterize the low temperature resistance,heat resistance performance and crystallization properties of the membrane.It was demonstrated that synthetic latex with HMDI or IPDI was of high stability under the value of R was 3-3.5when the reaction was lasted for 2 hours;Compared to the other water-borne polyester polyurethane,greater thermal and mechanical properties and low crystalline were obtained using polycastor oil adipate polyol,which can be used as a new type of leather finishing agent.
