摘要
经济补偿金是对劳动者在用人单位所作贡献的补偿并兼具社会保障功能,在劳动合同解除或终止后,用人单位都应依法支付给劳动者经济补偿。在解读《劳动合同法》的基础上,探讨了经济补偿金的计算方法。
Economic compensation is to make contributions to the compensation to workers in the employing units and has the function of social security. After the dissolution of contract or after the termination, employing units should make economic compensation to workers. Upon analysis of Labor Contract Law, the paper explores the calculation methods of economic compensation.
