摘要
高校教师人力资本研究多侧重于理论研究,其结论缺乏经验研究的验证。力图在实证分析的基础上,寻找合适的指标和数据,运用计量经济学的方法验证高校人力资本对高校办学绩效与经济社会发展的影响,并从引入外部竞争、改革职称评聘制度、提高引进人才的入职门槛等三方面给出了政策建议。
Previous studies on the human capital of colleges focus on theoretical methods lacking empirical verification. This paper explores the relationships between the human capital of colleges and the efficiency of colleges and puts forward three proposals: introducing outside competition, reforming the titles system and raising employment requirements for teachers .
