In the developed industrial society, people＇s dependence on technology forms the ＂technology fetishism＂. People become more and more dimensional, thus false needs cover the real needs. Safety is the basic need of human beings and people should protect it through technological control. People must overcome their vanity to save themselves from becoming one-dimensional by correctly handling the relationships between human and technology, economic interests and communicative rationality.
