大学生就业是就业中的重点问题,不但关系到个人和学校的发展,而且关系到国家的发展与构建和谐社会。目前,我们国家正逐步形成市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生和用人单位双向选择的就业机制。高校为了促进大学生就业、提高大学生的就业率,做了许多方面的工作。

College Graduates Employment concerns the development of students and colleges, also the construction of a harmonious society. At present, China has gradually established an employment mechanism involving market guidance, governmental regulation, college recommendation, and two--way choice of graduates and employers. Colleges have been working to enhance graduates employment and raise the employment rate of graduates.
