阐述了我国普通高校国防教育工作的成效,分析了高校开展国防教育过程中存在的问题,认为主要表现为国防观念淡薄,对国防教育的重要意义认识不足,国防教育机制不够健全,机构设置不尽合理,经费难以保障等。针对现状提出了一些相应的解决思路。
