On the Reform of Teaching Content of Legal Courses in Modern Distance Education

现代法学远程教育部门和法律实务界对电视大学法学专业的教学内容落后长期以来颇有微词。针对目前开放教育法学专业课程教学中课程设置过于机械、教材陈旧、教学内容滞后问题,以开放教育理念为核心,以课程改革为抓手,紧紧围绕教学内容,进行教学内容改革势在必行。

Modern legal distance education institute and legal workers has long been criticizing the backwardness of legal teaching content by television colleges. In view of the problems in legal teaching of open education, such as, mechanical curriculum, old teaching materials, backward teaching content, this paper focuses on the concepts of open education and appeals for the reform of legal courses and their teaching content.
