润版液各参数之间的关系分析

Analysis of Relation among Fountain Solution Parameters

根据润版液的组成,将润版液各个参数之间的关系进行了实验研究。分别改变润版液的浓缩润版液含量、异丙醇含量和温度,分析了它们对润版液pH值和导电率的影响,使用非线性回归法得到了各参数之间的关系曲线和函数关系。实验结果表明:浓缩润版液和异丙醇含量对润版液的pH值和导电率有较大影响,温度对pH值和导电率的影响可以忽略。为控制胶印的水墨平衡提供了理论依据。

The relation among fountain solution parameters was studied with experiments based on main ingredients of the solution. The influence of fountain solution concentration, isopropyl alcohol and temperature on the PH value and electric conductivity of the solution was analyzed. The relation curves among parameters and function relations were gained by using non-linear regression. Experimental results indicated that the fountain solution concentration and isopropyl alcohol have a great impact on pH value and electric conductivity of fountain solution; the temperature has a little influence on PH value and electric conductivity of the solution. The purpose was to provide reference for controlling offset ink-water balance.
