小RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)是近来发现的一类保守的非编码内源性RNA,可针对性调控机体内的信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA),因其作用重要而在临床和科研中受到广泛关注。本文主要阐述miRNA的基本概念及其在辅助性T细胞(T helper cell,Th)发育和功能中的重要作用。

MicroRNA（miRNA） is a novel group of small,conserved,non-coding RNA which can specifically target messenger RNA（mRNA）.They have been deeply discussed in preclinical and clinical researches because of their diverse functions.This review focuses on the basic concept of miRNA and their important roles in the development and function of helper T（Th） cells.
