达芬奇外科系统在心脏外科的应用

摘要 达芬奇外科系统在心脏手术,特别是在二尖瓣重建术和冠状动脉重建术中显示出独特优势,并持续获得认可,但对其临床价值应审慎评估。达芬奇外科系统代表了微创外科技术的最新进步,心脏外科医师正在逐步采用这种技术作为复杂手术的替代方案。为了确定其临床应用价值,需要开展长期的前瞻性随机对照研究。本文以应用、临床效果和局限性为重点,总结达芬奇外科系统在心脏外科中的应用现状。 The use of da Vinci surgical system in many cardiac surgical procedures,especially in the mitral valve reconstruction and coronary revascularization,has showed its capabilities and is continuing to gain acceptances.But its role should be critically evaluated.The da Vinci surgical system is the latest breakthrough of the minimally invasive surgical technologies.Cardiac surgeons are slowly but gradually adapting this technique as an alternative option for complex surgical procedures.However,prospective randomized long term studies are needed to define the clinical value of this approach.This review is aimed to review the current state of the da Vinci surgical system in cardiac surgery with emphasis on its applications,clinical results and limitations.
