摘要
随着理论体系的逐渐完善和成熟,搜寻理论在劳动力经济学领域的应用日益深入,开始为分析和研究失业问题提供新思维、新理念和新方法。21世纪初,中国面临着严峻的大学生就业问题,通过课程与教学改革增强大学生就业能力成为解决大学生就业问题的重要突破口。基于工作搜寻理论的分析,本研究认为有必要从摩擦性失业问题、技术性失业问题、搜寻能力问题、配置能力问题和外部管制问题五个方面入手,通过强化专业教育课程设置的社会联系、优化文化素质教育课程的内部结构、完善就业教育课程设置的规范性,以及加强课程体系改革的政策力度来调整高校课程结构,促进大学生就业。
With the theoretical system gradually growing perfect and mature, search theory was applied in labor economics more and more widely, especially in the field of unemployment, in which search theory was used to provide new thinking, new ideas and new methods for the analysis and research. At the beginning of 21 Century, China is facing a severe unemployment problem of university students' employment. It becomes an important breakthrough to strengthen university students" employability through the curriculum and instruction reform. Based on job search theory, it is necessary to start with five ways, frictional unemployment, technological unemployment, search ability, configuration capabilities, and external controls, to adjust the course structure and promote the employment of university students by strengthening professional curriculum's social relations, optimizing interior structure of quality educational courses, improving the employment education curriculum standard, and strengthening the curriculum system reform policy.
