摘要
[目的]硫氟肟醚在环境中降解快,持效期短。为了克服这些缺点和提高药效,对硫氟肟醚微囊悬浮剂的制备及微囊化参数进行了研究。【方法】以水为介质,以多甲基多异丙基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和乙二醇为囊壁材料,采用界面聚合法制备了10%硫氟肟醚微囊悬浮剂。[结果]红外光谱分析表明:制备的微囊中壁材已将硫氟肟醚包封完整;微囊化参数优化条件为囊材PAPI与乙二醇的质量比为1.5:1(质量分数为1%)、农乳1602与农乳700f19质量比为1:1(质量分数为10%1、剪切速率为10,000r/min,以10℃/h的速度将反应温度升至50~60℃;NH,C1对反应体系固化温度和微囊形成率有一定影响;5d内微囊有效成分的释放速率为0.1%。【结论】10%硫氟肟醚微囊悬浮剂具有外观形态良好、平均粒径小(2—3μm)、分散性能好、包封率高以及稳定性良好等特点,表现出较好的开发应用前景。
[Aims] New insecticide HNPC-A2005 degraded quickly in the environment, and showed a short persistence. A study on the preparation and microencapsulation parameters of HNPC-A2005 microcapsule suspension was ca/Tied out in the laboratory in order to increase the control efficacy and overcome the shortcomings of quick degradation and short persistence against the pests in the crop fields. [Methods] The HNPC-A2005 10% microcapsule suspension was prepared with PAPI and ethylene diamine as wall material using inteffacial polymerization in an aqueous medium. [Results] FTIR analysis showed that the HNPC-A2005 was covered successfully with the wall material. Microencapsulation parameters was optimized as the following: ratio of PAPI and ethylene diamine was 1.5 : 1(mass percentage 1%), ratio of Nongru 1602 and Nongru 700 was 1 : l(mass percentage 10%), stirring speed was 10,000 r/min and temperature slowly increased to 50-60 ℃ with 10℃/h, NH4C1 had certain influence on reaction temperature and microcapsule formation, and release rate was 0.1% within five days. [Conclusions] The HNPC-A2005 10% microcapsule suspension had a satisfied morphology and particle size distribution (0=2-3μm), good dispensability, high entrapment and stability, which showed potential development and application prospects.
