多囊卵巢综合征与多种疾病家族遗传关系 被引量：1

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（polycysticovariansyndrome，PCOS）是一种发病多因性、临床表现呈多态性的内分泌紊乱综合征。其发病率占育龄女性的5％～10％，不孕患者中20％为PCOS患者。持续性无排卵，雄激素过多和胰岛素抵抗是其重要特征，是育龄期妇女月经紊乱最常见的原因之一。目前认为，PCOS复杂的临床表现和生化特征是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果，但这些都存在争议和分歧，
