摘要
目的为充分利用少花龙葵植物资源,探讨少花龙葵总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从少花龙葵中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定其含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=0.7200mg/mL,回收率为103.1%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取少花龙葵黄酮类物质的有效途径。
Objective To explore the extraction and identification of total flavanone of solanum nigrum, so as to make use of solanum nigrum.Methods The flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from solanum nigrum with ultrasonic wave, The extracted flavonoids were identified and the content was determined by spectrophotography.Results The content of total flavonoids of solanum nigrum was C=0.720 0 mg/mL, and the recovery rate was 103.1%. The purity and productivity of this method are both high.Conclusion This method is purely physical process with no pollution. It is an effective way to extract the flavonoids of solanum nigrum.
