国际买家采购外包策略及我国外贸企业的对策分析

摘要 国际买家在采购中为了降低采购成本、优化采购环节,实施采购外包策略的趋势增强。在外贸企业竞争日趋激烈的形势下,企业应转变竞争模式,从满足国际买家采购需求的角度出发,来获得竞争优势。通过分析采购外包策略、解构国际采购成本以及各类国际买家对不同类型的外贸企业的倾向性,提出外贸企业应专业分工合作互补,转变思维模式并尝试转型,以更好地满足国际采购需求。 International buyers tend to make purchase outsourcing in order to save cost and optimize purchase process. Under such circumstance, Chinese foreign trade enterprises which facing fierce competitions need to change competitive mode, and try to get advantage through satisfying international buyers' purchase demands. After analyzing purchase outsourcing strategy, deconstructing international purchase cost, and focusing on the influence for different foreign trade enterprises by international buyers' different purchase mode,take some advice to Chinese foreign trade enterprises to survive and develop well.
