摘要
现代酒店业中竞争的焦点是服务能力,服务能力成为酒店生存和发展的重要条件。如何有效提升服务能力是我国酒店业面临的重要挑战。通过对我国酒店服务能力现状的分析,针对其服务中存在的问题,提出了施行人本管理,培训与激励机制相结合,培育良好的团队精神,减少服务不确定性等措施增强酒店服务能力的建议。
Competition in the modern hotel industry focus on the ability of service, service capabilities are important condition of the survival and development of the hotel. How to efficiently enhance capacity is important challenge that China's hotel industry is facing. Through analyzing the status of serice capability of our hotel,the paper puts forward suggestions induding people oriented management, the combination of training and incentive mechanism, cultivating team spirit, reducing uncertainty of service according to exsting problems.
