建立区域性OTC资本市场的可行性分析

在我国建立区域性OTC资本市场有利于从根本上解决中小企业融资难问题。目前,我国产权交易市场存在信息不对称、监管不到位、交易方式不规范等问题,我国应将构建多层次资本市场体系上升至战略高度,采取先行试点、全方位协调方式,大力推进OTC资本市场建设。

At present, China＇ s property market exist of asymmetric information, poor supervision, non - standard transactions and other issues. We should build multi -level capital market system in China and it should be increased to a strategic height ,we take the first pilot in a coordinated manner on all fronts to vigorously promote the OTC capital markets construction.
