整合教育教学资源 强化素质能力培养——提升高职管理专业学生素质能力的教改探索

Improving quality-oriented cultivation by integrating education resource:reform research

管理专业是高职教育中的一个专业大类,提升高职管理专业学生的素质能力,是提高高职教育人才培养质量的重要基础。我们在开展教改的实践中提出了"课内打知识基础、课外强素质能力"的教学思路,总结形成了"课内课外结合,学习实践并重"的教育培养模式,对整合教育教学资源,强化实践育人环节,构建课内课外有机结合的学校教育体系等方面进行改革创新,为实现高职教育管理专业人才培养目标进行了积极的探索与实践。

Management specialty is a big specialty type in vocational higher education. To enhance the students＇ ability is the important basis to elevate the cultivation quality. In the teaching reform practice we put forward the idea ＂laying knowledge foundation in class and enhancing quality and ability out of class＂ and form the cultivation model ＂in- and extra- class combination and e- qual importance to learning and practice＂. We make innovative reform in the aspects of integrating teaching resources, strengthening the practical links and constructing the education system of organic in- and extraclass combination.
