摘要
教师网络学习共同体是网络环境下教师专业发展的新模式。教师网络学习共同体中隐性知识和显性知识相互转化的过程就是共同体知识创新的过程。在分析SECI模型对教师网络学习共同体知识转化启示的基础上,探讨了教师网络学习共同体知识转化机制,并研究了社会性软件支持下的知识转化策略。
Teachers' network learning community (TNLC) is a new model for teachers" professional development in the network environment. The process of the mutual transformation of the implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge in TNLC is the process of community knowledge innovation. Based on the analysis of the transformation enlightenment, this paper explores the transformation mechanism and studies the transformation strategy supported by social software.
